Customer Service Representative
Full-time employee is needed to perform receptionist duties which will include answering phones and greeting customers for an agency which works with clients with developmental disabilities. Other general clerical work will also be assigned including basic typing and word processing, data entry, mailings and filing. Hours are 9:00 to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Pay is $9.50/hr.

Responsibilities will include: compile purchasing and fiscal related reports; copy & distribute complete travel and training forms; assist travelers with registration payment, order airline tickets from established flight information; audit traveling reimbursement and travel advance payment forms. initiate calls to resolve unclear orders or orders needing additional action to complete, set up tracking system and maintaining records for all office supplies orders and business card orders; order office equipments as assigned, tag incoming equipment and enter the data in electronic database. Minimum 1 year experience performing fiscal duties is required. Travel background is helpful. Hours are 7:45 to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Seeking employee to work in a small, fast-paced and friendly office setting on Madison’s east side. Duties include answering incoming calls, taking messages and routing calls to appropriate staff, data entry, filing, light word processing, and assisting the human resource manager by participating in the recruitment and selection process of employees. Hours are 7:30 am – 4:20 pm, Monday through Friday. Pay is $8.25 - $9.00 /hr.
Bi-Lingual Receptionist
Employee will answer incoming telephone lines and answer general information questions at a local college. Employee will provide the public with information about class scheduling and make appointments. Must be fluent in English and Spanish. This position is scheduled to last 4-6 months. Pay is $9.00 /hr.

Employee will enter and post payments to client accounts, be responsible for cross-checking and accuracy of account information, make sure accounts balance, and other various clerical duties as assigned. Knowledge of basic accounting pertaining to accounts payable and receivable, high degree of accuracy and the ability to perform repetitive work is required. Hours are 7:45 to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Pay is $8.75 to $9.25/hr
 
Program Assistant
Employee will greet visitors, take incoming phone calls and direct them to appropriate locations, make arrangements for meeting, perform data entry, screen and review publications, drafts or rewrites, compose memos and letters. Must be able to type 40 wpm. Must be proficient in MS Word; knowledge of Excel is a plus. Pay is $9.25 - $9.50/hr.
 
Payroll Assistant
Part-time opening for responsible employee to complete weekly payroll including data entry, processing checks and invoices, and complete mailings for approximately 10-12 hours a week.. Days of work needed are Wednesday and Thursday; hours can be flexible. Financial experience a plus.  Pay is $8.50 to 9.50/hr.
 
Word Processor
Temporary positions performing word processing including letters and memos, using Microsoft Word or WordPerfect. Positions may also include other general office support duties. Must be able to type 60 wpm. Pay is $8.00 - $9.50 /hr.

Telephone Interviewer
Employee will conduct telephone surveys using provided information. Some training is provided for these full-time openings. Employee may also help with mailings as needed. Assignments last approximately two months. Must be able to work some weekends and have basic keyboarding skills. Pay is $9.00 to $9.50/hr.

File Clerk
Temporary positions available for individuals with good clerical skills. Employee will be pulling and organizing files, collating folders, stuffing envelopes and performing other general duties as needed. Pay is $7.50 - $8.00 /hr.
