We provide health, liability, bonding and unemployment insurance coverages.
We assume employer's payroll related expenses.

 

In our commitment to your satisfaction, we take the extra steps to:
Screen and reference check ALL employees.
Administer evaluations based on your specfic requirements and provide needed training, guidance or instructions.

 

Guarantee
A (4) hour guarantee is included with each temporary employee order.  If a customer is dissatisfied with the performance of our employee, and notify us within the first 4 hours of the employee's assignment, we will not bill the customer.

 

A (90) day guarantee is provided for each career placement employee.  If within the first 30 calendar days, the employee performs unsatisfactorily, we will replace the employee at no additional cost to the customer, credit the customer's account. or refund the paid fee.  If the customer is dissatisfied with the employee performance after (30) calender days and up to (90) calender days, we will replace the employee or refund a proration of the paid fee.
